Great customer service from Audioengine

    My Audioengine A5+ speakers died on me almost 3 years after I purchased them from B&H. Emailed Audioengine who replied within a few hours, asked for the serial number, and then told me to send it in.

    I did so, and a few days later, I received what appear to be a brand new (or like new refurbished?) set of speakers. I sent them in bare without any of the original packaging. They came back like new with all original packaging, soft bags, cables, remote, accessories, everything.

    I did have to pay to ship the speakers to them, but they paid shipping back. They did not ask for proof of purchase or any other papers. It was as hassle-free a support experience as I have had. Very pleased!
